Cracking the Code: How I Took a Podcast from Zero to 50,000+ Social Media Followers

Con los Pies en la Tierra" is 2021's hit podcast hosted by Founder and CEO Hector Escajadillo, sharing insights on personal development and spirituality. As the mastermind behind a comprehensive and dynamic marketing strategy, I designed the podcast to grow Hector's personal brand and attract new audiences through a medium that resonates with modern listeners.

Hector aimed to build his personal brand by utilizing his vast experience as an entrepreneur and coach. However, he struggled to translate his expertise into tangible results that would resonate with a potential audience.

The goal was to produce compelling content that would connect with his followers. My expertise proved valuable as I suggested a content model that streamlined our efforts, yielding maximum output with minimal input.

Strategy

After conducting thorough research, I created a comprehensive model to distribute his content across appropriate channels. The full-funnel approach was straightforward: document large pieces of content, make micro-content, and then distribute them via various media. This ensured that his content effectively reached the desired audience

After creating our Youtube channel for hosting the main podcast content, we made a decision to consolidate our efforts on Instagram and TikTok as short-form video content was gaining traction. This would enable us to expand our social media reach quickly.
